Share meetings and chats

Last updated June 27, 2026

You can share a meeting or a chat with anyone using a link — and you stay in control of who gets in.

Share a meeting

Open a meeting and create a share link. When it is public, recipients just open it in their browser to read the notes — no account needed. Want it tighter? Protect the link with a PIN so only people with the code can see it.

Share a chat

Share a chat thread the same way, including the work your agent produced in it. You choose the reach: open to anyone, limited to your team, or protected with a PIN. The thread's title and contents stay hidden until the recipient passes the access check, so a stray link does not leak anything.

Publish to the web

Some Skills build something publishable, like a website. You can publish that work straight to the web with no hosting to set up — and share the link the same way.

Stop sharing anytime

Changed your mind? Turning off sharing retires the link immediately — old links stop working the moment you switch it off.

Your data, your control

You own your meetings, notes, and files — see the Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.
