What Meeting.ai is

Last updated June 27, 2026

Meeting.ai is an agent you hand real work to — and because it already knows your meetings, it does that work grounded in what was actually said.

An agent that does the work

Meeting.ai began as a meeting note-taker and grew to more than 600,000 users around the world. It still records meetings, labels speakers with Voice Match, and draws a Visual Note — but the heart of the product now is your agent. The difference from a plain chat tool is simple: the agent has its own computer in the cloud. It does not just describe how to do something — it builds the slide deck, runs the research, analyzes the spreadsheet, and hands you the finished file.

You assign it a task

Think of it as a menu of jobs you can hand off: take notes, create slides, work with spreadsheets, run research, create content, or turn a meeting into a podcast. You assign the task and the agent goes to work — even after you close the tab. More jobs arrive through the Skill Store.

Why meetings make it useful

Most agents start from a blank page. Meeting.ai starts from your history — who you met, what was discussed, what was decided. Attach a meeting to any task and the agent works from the real conversation. Memo, the winking companion you will see around the app, shows task status even after you move on.
