The Files hub
Files is your home for everything you have in Meeting.ai. A few views help you find things fast:
- Recent — what you have opened or created lately.
- Starred — items you have marked to keep close.
- Shared with you — files other people sent your way.
- Trash — removed items, kept for a while before they clear out.
Preview without leaving
Open a document and preview it right in the app — PDFs, Excel and other spreadsheets, PowerPoint, CSV, images, and more. You do not need a separate app to read what your agent made or what a teammate shared.
Organize and share
Star the things you reach for often, and clear out what you do not need to Trash. To send a file to someone, share it with a link — see share meetings and chats for how sharing and access work. Many of these files are deliverables your agent produced, so the work it does and the place you keep it are the same hub.
