Contacts and Voice Match

Last updated June 27, 2026

The people in your meetings become Contacts, and Voice Match keeps track of who said what.

Contacts build from your meetings

As you record and capture calls, the people you meet with turn into Contacts automatically. Open a contact to see their past meetings in one place — a quick way to remember where you left off before you talk again.

Voice Match labels speakers

Voice Match identifies speakers in your transcripts and notes, so each line is attributed to the right person instead of a generic "Speaker 1." That makes summaries easier to read and gives your agent clearer context about who decided what.

Clean up and merge

Voice Match is not always perfect — the same person can show up as two speakers, or a label can land on the wrong name. You can clean this up: rename a speaker, or merge duplicates into a single contact. Tidying speakers improves attribution on that meeting and helps future ones line up correctly.
