Here is the shortest path from a real conversation to an agent that does the follow-up work — with notes you can use along the way.
1. Capture the meeting
- Video call — send the Meeting Bot to join your Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams call so you can stay in the conversation.
- In-person — start a recording for a face-to-face chat. In the mobile app it keeps recording in the background, so you can put your phone away.
- Existing recording — upload an audio or video file you already have.
2. Let it process
When the meeting ends, Meeting.ai writes the transcript and creates an AI-Powered Summary and a Visual Note. This takes a few minutes, with no note-taking on your side. Memo shows progress while it works, even if you navigate away.
3. Assign your agent a task
Open the meeting to read everything, then hand the work to your agent. Unlike a chat tool that can only describe what to do, the agent has its own computer and runs the task — then hands you the result. Because it works from your meeting history, it acts on what was actually said — "draft a follow-up email," "build a deck from this call," "research this client."
4. Share or extend it
Turn the meeting into a deliverable with a Skill — slides, research, or a podcast — or send it as a share link.
Tip: clearer audio makes a better transcript. For In-person meetings, put the mic near the people talking and you will get noticeably cleaner results.
