Coins and billing

Last updated June 27, 2026

Meeting.ai uses Coins for meeting notes and AI work.

Coins included with a subscription are active during its subscription period. Monthly grants are active for that month. Annual plans receive new Coins every month while the subscription is active.

How Coins work

Coins pay for meeting notes, agent tasks, Skills, images, and podcasts. Coins are spent as work runs. If your usable balance runs out, you may need to restore access before work can continue. Usage depends on the work, tools, model, and revisions. Check your usage for the Coins spent. Coins have no cash value and are not redeemable for money.

Getting more

You get Coins with your plan. You can buy extra Coins while your subscription is valid, in personal and team workspaces, in every country. Features need a valid subscription or usable Coins. Without a valid subscription, only unexpired Coins from trials, coupons, promotions, grants, and eligible older balances can be used. A workspace with neither a valid subscription nor usable Coins is locked; choose a subscription to continue.

A subscription is valid during a trial, while active, during its grace period, or while paused. If paused, please pay to resume billing. You can cancel anytime; your subscription stays valid until the paid period ends. After that, only eligible free-source Coins and older balances remain usable until they run out or expire.

If your account is eligible, choose a plan, select “I want a free trial”, and confirm on Stripe's secure checkout. Checkout shows the trial end date and the charge that follows. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid that charge. Checkout without an account offers subscriptions only. Check in-app pricing for current plans, and the billing area for your balance and usage.

Already subscribed?

Existing subscribers keep their current plan. If you want to see what the agent can do with your Coins, assign your agent a task or install a Skill.

Refunds

Purchases are generally final and non-refundable, except where your local law requires otherwise. See the Terms of Service for the specifics.
