What your agent remembers

Last updated June 27, 2026

Your agent doesn't start from a blank page each time you talk. It keeps a few short notes about you and your work, and you can read and edit every one of them.

The three profiles

Open the Agent panel in settings to find them:

  • Soul — your agent's persona and standing instructions. This is where you set how you want it to behave, its tone, and its defaults. Edit Soul to shape every response it gives.
  • Memory — what it remembers across conversations. It updates this on its own as it learns about you and your work, and you'll see a brief "Memory updated" note when it does. Open it any time to review or change what it has saved.
  • You — what it knows about you: your role, your preferences, and your context, so its work actually fits you.

Each one is a short Markdown note you can read and edit whenever you like. You stay in control of what your agent remembers.

Your meetings are always there too

On top of these notes, your meetings are part of your agent's context. Together they're why it gets more useful the more you work with it — and why it feels like yours rather than a generic chatbot.

To see how this fits the bigger picture, read what your agent does and tools your agent can use. For how your data is handled, see the Privacy Policy.
