Upload a recording
Already have an audio or video file? Upload it and Meeting.ai treats it like any other meeting — transcript, AI-Powered Summary, and Visual Note included. Common audio and video formats work.
What you get back
The audio becomes a searchable transcript, with Voice Match labeling who said what when the speakers are known. You also get an AI-Powered Summary and a Visual Note — the same as every other meeting. Each one joins your history, so your agent can recall it later and turn it into finished work.
Tip: clearer audio makes a better transcript. For In-person meetings, put the mic near the people talking and you will get noticeably cleaner results.
